I was excited when I saw this lens accidentally as I was ordering a completely different lens. Given that I normally wanted a wide angle fisheye lens when I employed my old slr camera and by no means got a single and simply because this 1 was fairly inexpensive, I thought I would try it out on my sony nex-3 camera. It is excellent! It comes with an adapter (49mm)to fit the camera (but extra surprise/bonus is it also included adapter (52-55) which fits my sons Pentax!) Getting avid travelers, we have both been getting a splendid time taking fantastic photographs! The lens takes unique fisheye images with no zoom, but then when zooming...it accesses its frequent wide angle feature. It also is superb for macro pictures. The lens is sturdy, little (effortless to carry as an added lens) and comes in a handy properly padded pouch. Thank you for a splendid product and at an above reasonable cost!

OK, it is a fisheye that costs $29. Preserve that in thoughts and you will not be disappointed. If you want a fun lens to attempt out, this is it. If you want super high-top quality images, acquire a dedicated fisheye.
