This charger is made to accept Sony batteries for Nex series cameras. As promised, it charges immediately and has an LED light that tells you when it is accomplished. In contrast to the significantly more high-priced "Sony" model, it includes a cigarette lighter adapter and Euro plug adapter for charging in the automobile or in Germany. Rather cool for the price tag.
